Our judges’ promise to the wedding industry.
Our judging panel at Your Scottish Wedding Awards will uphold the integrity and transparency of the competition to maintain its position as the supreme accolade of the Scottish wedding industry. All nominations will be checked and verified, and crosschecked with the Marriage register in Edinburgh. The judges’ decision will be solely based on the information received through nominations from bona fide wedding couples and the shortlisted nominee business submission.
Our panel has come together as a united front to judge our amazing industry with integrity and fairness. Our judges will not have sight of any company names or regions, so everything the judges see will be anonymous to ensure the integrity of the process.
Booking tickets for the event or advertising with Your Scottish Wedding will not mean you are shortlisted or will win. If you win, it’s because you are deemed the best in your field for that year according to your wedding couples and the judging panel.

Having been involved within the wedding industry for the last 7 years following a career spanning 15 years in the hospitality industry in both Scotland and the USA.
Former positions upheld include Membership & Events Manager of Scottish PA Network, Deputy General Manager for Scotland for MITIE Client Services for RBS and Event Sales for St Andrews Bay, Golf Resort & Spa.

Nicole has been involved in the wedding industry since 2013 running her own business ‘It’s the little things’. She has been part of WSS Media since 2015 helping build and run the brand - Braehead Wedding Exhibition. They have received many wedding awards over the years and Nicole took over the running of the event solely in 2022.

QD Events
Tsitsi is the Show Manager for The Scottish Wedding Show, the region’s largest event for couples preparing to walk down the aisle. Taking place twice a year at The Scottish Event Campus, the latest edition of the show attracted 215 exhibitors and over 9,700 attendees. Tsitsi joined QD Events in 2015 having relocated from Dubai where she spent 8 years managing large scale real estate exhibitions.
Throughout her career, Tsitsi has been responsible for launching and managing both B2B and consumer events across a multitude of sectors including real estate, construction, hospitality, weddings, technology, disability lifestyle and gaming. Tsitsi has worked in the UK, US, Middle East and Asia.

Having been involved within the wedding/hospitality industry from over 30 years in Scotland and New Zealand.
Former positions upheld include General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and National Account Manager for Academic to 5-star venues including SkyCity Auckland, The Edinburgh Conference Centre and Fairmont St Andrews.
Andrew Fraser

Razzmatazz Wedding Exhibition
Andrew is the Event Manager and Organiser of the Razzmatazz Wedding Exhibition with exhibitions being held throughout the Scottish Central Belt. Having been part of the Wedding Industry for over 10 years The RWE is the newest edition and has been running for over 3 years. In 2017 he embarked on returning to education and in 2021 gained a First Class Honours Degree in International Festival and Event Management at Edinburgh Napier. The knowledge and experience from this was then put into creating The Razzmatazz Wedding Exhibition. Andrew received full membership to the Institute of Hospitality in 2023.
